Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Currently we have standard shipping services available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Usually we should have a 3D printer partner close to your location but if not, we will ship internationally from the closes partner.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Once the part is printed and ready to be shipped you will recieve an email with shipping number so you can track your purchase.

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

No, you should do two separate purchases with two different adresses.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

Credit and Debit card are available for purchase all our products. We are planning to launch Crypto payments in the next coming months. 

Can I split my payment?

No, payments can only be done with one method on each purchase.

Orders And Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you have any problem with an item you should contact us so we can solve your problem with the part provider.

How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel your order you need to go to your dashboard and cancel the order there.
